Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A. was founded in 1991 on the principle that change in the workplace is inevitable and a practice devoted exclusively to the representation of management in all matters relating to the workplace best serves our clients. While the Firm's present structure evolved in 1991, the founding members have worked together since the mid-1980s offering this same management philosophy to their clients.

Ross, Brittain & Schonberg represents management in all aspects of Labor Law, Employment Law, Workers' Compensation and OSHA matters. Our client base includes a range of large, publicly traded companies, as well as privately held industrial, retail, construction and service companies. Firm Representatives

Nick practices labor and employment law with Ross, Brittain & Schonberg, Co. LPA, a small boutique law firm located in Ohio which exclusively specializes in representing employers in all aspects of the employment relationship with their employees.  Nick represents a diverse clientele ranging from "mom and pop shops" to Fortune 500 companies.  Nick graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of law in 2002 and worked for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Ohio 8th District Court of Appeals, writing opinions for judges on all aspects of Ohio law.  After his clerkship ended, he was hired by Ross Brittain & Schonberg and has been there ever since where he now serves as the Firm's managing partner.  When not practicing law, Nick enjoys spending time with his two girls and his wife Melissa, golfing and gardening.

Evelyn P. Schonberg

Evelyn (Lynn) focuses her practice on the representation of management in all phases of employment law. Lynn spends extensive time counselling small and large employers on virtually all employment law matters ranging from employee handbooks, ADA, PWFA and FMLA compliance, discipline issues and workforce reduction planning and implementation.
