Anthony Herman is an attorney practicing labor and employment law his entire career. Born and raised in Maryland, he attended University of Maryland College Park for undergraduate studies and University of Baltimore School of Law. His areas of practice include collective bargaining (on behalf of both employers and unions); policy drafting, implementation, and training; workplace investigations; counseling concerning wage and hour, discrimination, and leave issues; and litigation (administrative, state, and federal court) concerning the same.

Laura L. Rubenstein focuses on defending federal and state wage disputes, ADA accommodations, contractor and classification disputes, FMLA leave, harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims with the goal of avoiding the courtroom. Laura drafts critical documents including employment contracts, separation agreements, and has handled hundreds of workplace investigations, ensuring sensitivity throughout the process. Laura counsels boards of directors and C-suite executives on governance, by-laws, policies and best practices. She trains managers, supervisors and executives on laws and policies that reduce liability and promote a more harmonious and productive workplace.
