Firm Description

CMS Hasche Sigle is one of the leading commercial law firms. More than 600 lawyers serve their clients in nine major German commercial centres as well as in Brussels, Moscow and Shanghai.

Whether medium-sized company or major enterprise we provide our clients with qualified advice on legal issues of all types raised in the course of corporate and business activities.

We provide a comprehensive range of legal services tailored to our clients' needs. The expertise of our lawyers enables us to give qualified advice on all aspects of national and international commercial law throughout Germany.

The size of the firm and the offices at major locations throughout Germany mean that for complex projects we can put together a team of experts from different fields to cater for the clients' specific needs. By closely liaising the various practice areas we can deliver customised one-stop solutions.

Our Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart offices all have in-house notaries and we can therefore notarise any property or corporate documents, as required.

CMS Hasche Sigle is a member of CMS, the organisation of independent European law and tax firms of choice, for organisations based in, or looking to move into, Europe. CMS provides a deep local understanding of legal, tax and business issues and delivers client-focused services through a joint strategy executed locally across 29 jurisdictions with 54 offices and more than 2800 lawyers in Western and Central Europe and beyond.
