Susan Potter Norton is a principal at Allen, Norton & Blue, P.A.’s Coral Gables office.
Allen, Norton & Blue limits its practice to the representation of management in labor and employment issues. Norton represents public sector, corporate and professional clients in all matters pertaining to labor and employment law, including sexual harassment, age, sex, and race discrimination, Title II and Title III public accommodation, Wage and Hour, Whistleblower and Retaliation; and matters before the National Labor Relations Board and Public Employees Relation Commission.
Norton, who is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law, is listed as a “Best Lawyer in America,” and a “Leading Florida Attorney,” in Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers and most recently contributed to the American Bar Association’s Family Legal Guide.” She is currently co-chair of the ABA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and was co-chair of the ABA’s Labor and Employment Committee Section of Litigation and a frequent participant in the ABA’s CLE programs. She was a member of the Executive Committee for the 1995 & 1999 Super Bowl Host Committees, is past Chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and co-Chaired the 1998 United Way campaign for United Way of Miami-Dade. That Campaign resulted in a 23% increase from 1997 marking it the most successful in the country.
