- Recent court decisions, including the recent Minnesota Supreme Court decision regarding non-compete agreements and disability discrimination;

- Federal agency and federal regulatory updates, including the DOL PAID program and DOT drug testing updates;

- Minnesota agency updates;

- State and local regulatory updates; and,

- Legislative update, including prohibition of wage disclosure (MN); right to work (MN); and federal legislature update.
