Portland Workshop: Managing Intermittent Family, Sick and ADA Leave
September 13, 2018 - September 13, 2018
"Can you help me manage an employee who takes intermittent absences, paid sick leave, and now needs an accommodation?"
Yes, yes we can. This hands-on, two-hour workshop will walk through three-tiered scenarios where the Oregon, Washington and federal Family Leave Act, Oregon sick leave, and the Interactive Process under the ADA intersect and complicate simple absences.
Bullard Law invites you and your colleagues to join us on Thursday, September 13, 2018, 8:30 - 10:30 AM in the Main Lobby - Tiered Classroom
Presenters: Kathryn M. Hindman & Megan Crowhurst
